With a PhD in Molecular Biology and 25+ years' experience in the biotechnology industry, Dr Keith Hudson brings a wealth of knowledge to the Sapro-Tech team.

Keith combined his drive around finding more sustainable solutions for everyday items and his skills as a scientist to harness the ability of fungi to grow materials that can be used to replace leather and make this popular textile better for the planet.

Backed by Sprout Agritech, the team at Sapro-Tech are now enhancing and refining their proprietary production method.
